Marketing Executive - Contracting Company (Exterior & Interior)

Business Development Representative (BDR)

The Marketing Executive/ BDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through project acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction and contracting industry, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project bids in coordination with the technical and estimating teams.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote company services.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, exterior works, and roofing systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
