Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns for new vehicle launches, service camps, and dealership events.
  • Develop promotional materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and digital creatives.
  • Coordinate with agencies for ad creation, printing, and branding activities.
  • Manage showroom branding, outdoor marketing, and local advertising initiatives.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

  • Generate leads through campaigns, roadshows, mall/display events, and corporate activities.
  • Maintain leads database and follow up regularly to improve conversion.
  • Enhance customer engagement through loyalty programs, feedback surveys, and service camp promotions.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Study market trends, competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Provide insights to management and sales teams for strategic decisions.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.

4. Event Management

  • Organize and manage events such as vehicle delivery ceremonies, test drive events, roadshows, and CSR activities.

Skills & Qualifications
