Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with new clients, as well as managing and strengthening existing client relationships. They will also be responsible for sales planning, sales MIS reporting, follow-up for payments, and participation in branding activities.

Kottayam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain relationships with new clients, including hospitals and wholesalers, to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Follow up with clients for payment, resolve any payment-related issues, and ensure timely payment.
  • Act as the face of the company, attending trade shows, events, and meetings to promote our products and build brand awareness.
  • Plan sales strategies and sales targets for the upcoming months, in collaboration with the partners.
  • Participate in branding activities, such as the creation of marketing materials and digital content, and assist in the development of branding strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.(5 out of 6 working days would require traveling)

Salary Details:

  • Fixed Component: INR 15,000 per month.
  • Variable Component: There is no limit to the amount you can earn. This is purely performance-based.
