Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive for Kondoor Motors located in Kottayam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, presenting products to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM or sales-related software
  • Analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs
  • Fluency in local languages and familiarity with the regional market is advantageous
