We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, authors, institutions, and book distributors over phone calls, providing information about our publishing services, and maintaining strong customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, authors, and institutions.
  • Explain our publishing services, book distribution, and academic offerings.
  • Handle inbound queries from clients and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, or appointments as required.
  • Assist the sales and marketing team in lead generation and conversion.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with authors and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email handling).
  • Ability to handle client queries patiently and professionally.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduation (any stream).
  • Candidates should be based in Kottayam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
