Job Summary:

We are seeking a target-oriented Tele Caller Executive for generating new business opportunities, converting leads into clients, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue by effectively promoting our visa services and guiding clients through the immigration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through market research, networking, and outbound calls.
  • Contact and counsel potential clients about visa and migration opportunities (PR, Tourist, Visit, Student).
  • Conduct eligibility assessments and provide expert guidance on suitable visa options.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure referrals and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or immigration consultancy (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales are Preferred.
  • Knowledge of Australia and Canada PR processes; familiarity with visas for New Zealand, UK, USA, and Europe is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and work under pressure to achieve targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
