The Digital Marketing cum Showroom Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the brand through online and offline channels, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring strong sales performance at the showroom. This role requires a dynamic individual with both marketing creativity and strong customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:A. Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms.
  • Handle company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, etc.) and post engaging content regularly.
  • Monitor and respond to online customer reviews and inquiries.
  • Prepare promotional materials and coordinate with designers for creative content.
  • Run lead-generation campaigns for vehicle sales and service promotions.
  • Track campaign performance and report analytics to management.
  • Maintain the dealership's online reputation and visibility.

B. Showroom Sales Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, and finance options clearly to customers.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain proper customer records in CRM and update booking status.
  • Support in test rides, finance documentation, and delivery process.
  • Coordinate with service and finance teams for smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva or similar tools preferred).
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and handle both online and in-person customer interactions.
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken & written).

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred).

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or showroom sales (Automobile industry preferred).
