  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries effectively.
  • Generate leads and follow up with customers to convert them into sales or registrations.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly call reports to the supervisor.
  • Good communication skills (English/Malayalam/Hindi as required).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Freshers and Experienced candidates.
  • Experience in telecalling or customer service is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹150,000.00 per month
