We are hiring a Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing and improving the relationship between a company and its customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Customer Retention: Engage with customers to build long-term relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to relevant departments.
  • Sales Support: Assist with upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
