OPAL HOMZ is a growing real estate company with its office in Greater Noida and projects across Noida, Greater Noida, and Yamuna Expressway. We specialize in premium residential and commercial properties, delivering value, transparency, and trust to our clients.

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and client-focused individuals, including freshers, with a pleasing personality to join our team and grow their career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and digital channels.
  • Handle client inquiries and suggest suitable property options.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits across Noida, Greater Noida & Yamuna Expressway projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and closures (CRM/Excel).
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects & pricing.
  • Represent OPAL HOMZ with professionalism, pleasing personality, and good grooming.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) with reputed university/college.
  • Freshers with confidence, good communication skills, and pleasing personality are welcome.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Own vehicle (bike or car) with valid driving license – mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and travel across projects in Noida, Greater Noida & Yamuna Expressway.
