About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Office Leasing Manager with strong exposure to commercial/office space leasing in the Delhi NCR market. The ideal candidate should have excellent client-handling skills, a deep understanding of the real estate landscape, and the ability to lead or mentor a small team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end office leasing activities — from prospecting to closure.
  • Identify potential tenants and maintain relationships with corporate clients and brokers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
  • Negotiate lease terms and ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders to finalize deals.
  • Maintain leasing reports, occupancy data, and pipeline updates.
  • Mentor and guide team members on leasing strategy and client engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in office/commercial leasing (Delhi NCR market preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales/leasing targets.
  • Team leadership or team-handling experience/aptitude is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
