Job Description

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants and real estate agents.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Oversee property inspections and ensure compliance with leasing terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing and operational activities.
  • Prepare leasing reports and provide updates to senior management.
  • Address tenant queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:

  • Strong knowledge of the property and real estate industry, especially in leasing operations.
