Role & responsibilities

  1. Business Development

  2. Source new customers for home loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) through direct sales, builder tie-ups, and channel partners.

  3. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), and connectors.

  4. Organize promotional activities and customer acquisition campaigns in the local market.

  5. Target Achievement

  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and login targets for the branch/assigned territory.

  7. Focus on sourcing self-employed, affordable housing segment customers, with attention to credit quality and documentation.

  8. Loan Processing Coordination

  9. Ensure end-to-end coordination from lead generation to loan disbursement.

  10. Collect necessary documents and support customers during login, approval, legal, technical, and disbursement stages.

  11. Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical/legal teams for faster processing.

  12. Customer Relationship Management

  13. Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.

  14. Provide after-sales service and resolve any customer grievances or documentation issues.
