- Onboard new students to ensure seamless integration and understanding of products or services

- Address and resolve students complaints, often acting as the primary point of contact

- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and swiftly resolve any cross-departmental issues

- Educate students about available products, services, and relevant offers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

### Business Development

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to current clients

- Prospect and engage potential new clients to expand the business and help meet sales targets

- Monitor market trends and analyze competitive offerings to recommend strategic improvements to management.

### Client Satisfaction & Compliance

- Conduct satisfaction surveys and collect feedback to improve the client experience

- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies

- Manage risk assessments and provide guidance to help mitigate client or organizational risks

Preparing reports and analyzing students metrics to support organizational decision-making and strategy

Supporting organizational development projects and change internal team management processes as required
