Located at M3M IFC, Gurugram, our restaurant combines elevated Indian cuisine, a lively bar, natural light-filled interiors, and curated music.

We are looking for a
Restaurant Manager
who can ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead our team with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and maintaining service quality.
  • Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and support staff.
  • Handle staff scheduling, discipline, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports (sales, inventory, staff performance, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage vendor relationships, stock, and supplies.
  • Work closely with management to achieve revenue and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a
    Restaurant Manager
    or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to handle both staff and guests effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, licensing, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Strong communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Proficiency in report-making and basic MS Office/restaurant management software.
