About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Purchase Manager
with prior experience in the
restaurant or hospitality industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring quality products at the best prices, ensuring smooth supply chain operations to support daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Procure raw materials, food items, beverages, kitchen equipment, and other essentials for the restaurant.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply-related issues.
  • Work closely with chefs and kitchen teams to understand requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and plan purchase orders accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Prepare and present purchase reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–7years of experience in purchasing/procurement within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setup.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B products, suppliers, and pricing trends.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
