Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle and communication
- Maintain and update CRM database with accurate client info
- Coordinate between sales, marketing & support teams
- Handle client onboarding, follow-ups, and escalations
- Track customer satisfaction and feedback
- Analyze CRM data to improve retention and engagement
- Create SOPs and streamline CRM workflows
- Support sales teams with lead tracking & pipeline management
- Implement CRM tools and automation systems
- Train team members on CRM best practices
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years in a CRM-focused role (preferably in Real Estate and Construction)
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms
- Excellent communication & client-handling skills
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
