This full-time, on-site role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing comprehensive support throughout the customer journey in their real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manageandnurture customer relationships with utmost care and professionalism, serving as the primary point of contact.
Provide detailed project-specific information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about their investments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment collections, loan processing, documentation, registration, and cancellation processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM software system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requirements professionally during calls and site visits.
Coordinate effectively with various departments including loan, legal, registration, and payments teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Managecompany registration processes, license renewals, and facilitate business requirements for legal consultation.
Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
Identify and escalate sensitive issues to senior management in a timely manner.
Actively participate in company events and provide support to team initiatives.
Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports on customer relationship activities
