Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer and lead data.
  • Track and manage leads from various sources (digital, events, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).
  • Assign leads to appropriate sales team members and follow up on progress.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline client communication.
  • Follow up with leads and clients via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to ensure engagement.
  • Ensure timely responses to client queries and support post-sales communication.
  • Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements in customer engagement.
  • Segment clients for targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools.
  • Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and security in the CRM database.
  • Conduct CRM training for sales staff (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
