We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – CRM to join our dynamic team in Bommasandra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records using SAP, Tally, and Excel. This role demands strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders using SAP and Tally systems
  • Ensure timely follow-up on payments and coordinate yearly balance confirmations via calls and emails
  • Communicate directly with customers to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records, verify KYC and GST details
  • Schedule demo visits and coordinate with field executives
  • Support internal teams with order and customer data coordination
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and Google Sheets

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRM, order management, or customer service
  • Proficiency in SAP, Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in client interaction, payment follow-ups, and data verification
  • Knowledge of KYC/GST compliance is a plus
