About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Service Head (Female) to lead our service operations in the Agri-Tech division. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer relations, handle queries, and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the customer service and support operations.

Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolutions.

Coordinate between sales, operations, and technical teams for smooth workflow.

Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Prepare service reports and provide insights for process improvements.

Manage a small service team and ensure targets are achieved efficiently.

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred.

Strong communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or service management (Agri-Tech or related industries preferred).

Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.

Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
