**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Executive at Everythingweb.dev located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer support
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
