Sales Manager/BD Manager( On Field)

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the education sector (schools ,coaching centers, activity centres,etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree or above
- 3-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the K-12/School education sector.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape and its challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel extensively on Field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network of contacts within the education sector.
Logistics
- The profile involves working from the office & doing Field Visits
- The job locations is Hyderabad
- The candidate should have a functional laptop along with the mobile phone to be used for official work. The SIM card shall be issued by the company.
- The candidate should have own mode of transport for travel. Fuel & other elated costs shall be reimbursed
