Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective students, and promoting our study abroad courses. This role focuses on inside sales, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify prospective students interested in studying abroad.
- Conduct inside sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, and online interactions.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable course guidance.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and sales data.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and educational partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound queries into admissions.
Skills & Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or business development, preferably inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
