About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior Business Development Executive
with 2–5 years of experience in business development, client engagement, and sales support. The role involves a mix of
lead generation, requirement gathering, business analysis, estimation, and client communication
. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and supporting seamless project handovers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Opportunity Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and industry platforms.
- Requirement Gathering:
Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives through structured discussions.
- Business Analysis:
Assess client requirements and align them with organizational solutions.
- Estimation & Proposals:
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate proposals, estimations, and presentations.
- Client Communication:
Maintain clear, timely communication with clients throughout the business cycle.
- Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat engagements.
- Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update sales pipeline while providing regular insights on progress and opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in
business development, client engagement, or pre-sales

- Strong expertise in

proposals, quotations, or estimations
