  • Performance Monitoring: Track and review team performance, set KPIs, and implement improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, marketing, and technical teams for seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on business activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
