
Senior Business Development Executive

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Oversee the entire lead lifecycle – from prospecting, nurturing, and conversion to client onboarding.
- Client Relations: Handle key client queries, build long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, quality assurance, and client updates.
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and review team performance, set KPIs, and implement improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, marketing, and technical teams for seamless operations.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on business activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
