Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Technical Presales Engineer at Pan Intellecom Ltd. The Technical Presales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical support during the sales process, conducting research and development, managing projects, and leading a team of technical experts.

Qualifications:

  • Provision of concept designs/drawings/proposals to demonstrate the functionality and technical concept.
  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
  • Preparing technical proposals & quotations that are engaging and professional B.O.Q preparation, Preparing RFI, RFP, Case Studies.
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP
  • New Tender acquisition through various govt portals.
  • Liaising with the Technical teams to confirm technical product specifications
  • Conducting site surveys with business managers
  • Design Audio-Video Solution for Conference Rooms/Meetings Rooms, Auditoriums, Banquet Halls, Stadiums, Classrooms and Public Address System
  • Develop Detailed Specifications for the designed solution
  • Assist the sales organization by attending pre-bid meetings on tender activity
  • Work with OEM and other vendors to obtain best solution, most competitive price and proper lead time of.

Mandatory skills :


• Must have knowledge of online Govt portals like GEM etc.


• Must have experience of audio/video.


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electric Engineer or a related field


• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
