We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent who has a strong understanding of motorcycles and accessories. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with tracking updates, delivery-related concerns, and general product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Share order tracking updates and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Handle post-sales support, including returns, exchanges, and complaint resolution.
- Offer accurate information about our wide range of motorcycle parts and accessories.
