Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Panel Onboarding Team Lead to manage the onboarding of freelance interview panels. You'll lead a team of recruiters, ensure smooth sourcing and onboarding processes, and maintain exceptional service quality for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to source and onboard freelance interview panel members.
  • Ensure team targets for sourcing and onboarding are consistently met.

Panel Sourcing & Onboarding:

  • Oversee sourcing efforts using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment databases.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of panel members into Incruiter's system.
  • Apply strong technical understanding of IT roles (Software Development, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.) to identify and assess relevant talent.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with onboarded panel members.
  • Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions promptly.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure panels align with client-specific job descriptions and maintain high-quality standards.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Share regular performance updates and onboarding metrics with leadership.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Operations teams to ensure goal alignment and service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in recruitment or similar roles.
  • Proven team leadership and people management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in freelancer or consultant relationship management is an added plus.

Pay: ₹1,600, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
