Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions in a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, statutory compliance, Industrial Relations, and HR operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing, interviews & onboarding.
  • Maintain statutory compliance under PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour & Factory Acts, etc.
  • Maintain HR records, registers, and documentation as per audit requirements.
  • Handle payroll support activities including attendance, leave management & salary inputs.
  • Manage performance appraisals, confirmation process, and competency tracking.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment on the shop floor.
  • Coordinate with external agencies like auditors, contractors, and government authorities.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports on a monthly basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master degree in HR / Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle workforce management in factory environment.

Working Conditions

  • On-site role at factory location in Coimbatore.
  • Ability to manage blue-collar employees and shift workforce is essential.
