We're looking for a Head of Sales who can own the revenue engine - leading sales strategy, driving new business, and building strong client partnerships that deliver measurable results.
Role Overview
As Head of Sales, you will lead from the front - combining strategic thinking with hands-on deal execution. You'll design scalable sales processes, expand our market presence, and guide the sales team to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
This role demands a growth-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and understands the dynamics of SaaS, B2B marketing, and high-ticket sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with SERP Forge's growth objectives.
- Identify target SaaS markets and position SERP Forge as the go-to SEO partner.
- Establish pricing, packaging, and positioning frameworks to win high-value clients.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive end-to-end sales — from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-to-enterprise-level SaaS companies.
- Foster long-term client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and account expansion.
Team Management & Mentorship
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability through data-backed reviews.
- Create a high-energy, results-oriented sales culture in a remote environment.
Market Intelligence & Partnerships
- Stay ahead of SaaS industry trends, competitive landscape, and buyer behavior.
- Represent SERP Forge at virtual and physical industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Build strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and lead generation channels
CRM & Sales Ops
- Manage sales tools and processes (HubSpot or equivalent).
- Ensure accurate reporting, pipeline hygiene, and sales process optimization.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B sales, with proven success in SaaS, digital marketing, or SEO solutions.
- 8+ years in a senior sales leadership role with a track record of scaling revenue.
- Ability to close high-ticket, consultative deals with C-level executives.
- Experience in startup or agency environments with a builder's mindset.
- Experience in building and managing remote sales teams.
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Clearscope, or AI content platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation abilities.
- Having great Partnership Skill.
