About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to oversee operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the smooth functioning of our business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven financial management expertise, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Define clear, actionable business objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and implement business strategies and market positioning plans.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.

Financial Management

  • Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) performance and drive profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Manage day-to-day business operations across departments.
  • Streamline workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet business needs.

Team Leadership & Human Resources

  • Hire, train, and mentor employees to build a high-performing team.
  • Delegate responsibilities and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a positive work environment, boosting morale and productivity.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in business management, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
