Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Service Executive
to join our team at Enirmaan Techsolutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
