Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Client Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The Key Client Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying their business needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Tasks also include coordinating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met, managing contracts and negotiations, and addressing any client issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Experience in sales, account management, and client servicing
- Ability to identify client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Proficiency in business development and upselling techniques
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the B2B marketplace sector is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
