Executive Assistant to CEO

Calendar & Scheduling Management
Plan, organize, and maintain executive calendars.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, travel, and events, often across multiple time zones.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
Communication & Correspondence
Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the executive.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Meeting Coordination & Follow-Ups
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and briefings.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items.
Ensure follow-ups and deadlines are met after meetings.
Travel & Logistics Management
Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
Handle bookings, visas, transportation, accommodations, and expense reports.
Project Support & Execution
Assist in planning and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Track progress on ongoing initiatives and ensure alignment with executive priorities.
Office & Team Coordination
Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth information flow.
- Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate internal events when needed.
- Maintain key documents, contacts, and files for the executive's office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
