Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute
strategic sales plans
to achieve revenue targets and expand business within
pharma and healthcare corporates
. - Leverage existing pharma relationships
(CXOs, Procurement, Admin, and Marketing Heads) to drive new business and long-term partnerships. - Identify and understand client needs for
corporate gifting, branding, and marketing solutions
, customizing proposals for pharma campaigns and brand activations. - Lead high-stakes
negotiations and closures
, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. - Represent the company at
industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
to deepen visibility in the pharma ecosystem. - Stay sharp on
pharma industry trends
, budgets, and brand promotion cycles to position offerings strategically. - Track, analyze, and report sales performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly) — ensuring pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and on-ground accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, operations, and finance teams for
seamless delivery and client experience.
Who Are You?
- A
seasoned B2B sales professional
with 5–8 years of experience, preferably handling
pharma or healthcare clients
. - Proven track record of
closing large corporate deals (₹5–10 Cr annually)
and maintaining C-level relationships. - Ability to
influence senior stakeholders
and navigate complex corporate procurement cycles. - Demonstrated ability to
position solutions strategically
against competition and build high-value partnerships. - Exceptional
negotiation, presentation, and communication
skills — both verbal and written. - Sharp with numbers, structured with pipelines, and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Integrity-driven, realistic, and trustworthy
— doesn't over-promise; focuses on delivering results.
