Business Manager

As a Business Manager, your role involves overseeing and managing sales activities of your territory. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets for pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals, including market segmentation, customer targeting, and promotional activities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, feedback, and training to optimize individual and team performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals like doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators to promote product usage and secure new business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry regulations to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and projections to support business planning.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all sales activities adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical guidelines.
Desired Skills:
- Proven track record of Pharma sales especially in Oncology OR General division.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, their therapeutic benefits, and clinical data.
- Thorough understanding of industry regulations and ethical standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
