Chat Support Executive (Fresher) AEP Process

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office only)

About the Role:

Are you a quick thinker with great typing skills and a knack for clear communication? Join Optum's Chat Support Team for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and kickstart your career in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist M&R and M&R DSNP members via real-time chat support.
  • Handle multiple chats professionally and efficiently.
  • Use digital tools, internal applications, and reference materials to resolve customer queries.
  • Ensure a positive and courteous customer experience.
  • Adapt quickly to ongoing updates during the AEP season.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Written Communication: Clear, concise, and customer-friendly writing.
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 35 words per minute (WPM).
  • Multi-tasking: Able to manage multiple chats, search tools, and apps simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, chat tools, and web-based systems.
  • Analytical Thinking: Understand vague messages and ask the right questions.
  • Adaptability: Open to process changes and flexible work shifts.

Good to Have:

  • Experience or understanding of healthcare, insurance claims, pharmacy, or benefits.
  • Prior use of CRM tools or chatbot platforms (not mandatory for freshers).

Interview Process:

  1. Typing Test Virtual (Minimum 35 WPM)
  2. CAT Assessment Mock Chat (Minimum score: 2.2)
  3. Face-to-Face Interview Mandatory (at Gurgaon office)

Additional Information:

  • 2-Way Transport or Cab will be provided.
  • Graduation is mandatory (Any stream).
  • BE/B.Tech/M.Tech candidates are not eligible unless they have healthcare domain experience.
  • Work from Office Only Gurugram Location
  • No remote option available.
