About Us
World 24 Exim is a growing export–import company focused on sourcing and supplying high-quality Indian products (e.g., Multani Mitti, Moringa powder, onions, agricultural & FMCG goods) to domestic buyers and international markets. We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to build buyer relationships, close orders, and expand our local distribution.
Role Summary
You will identify, approach and convert buyers — both local retailers/distributors and international importers — manage inquiries and quotations, and close sales. You'll work closely with our operations and export teams to ensure timely delivery and build long-term relationships that increase repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and qualify new buyers (domestic and international) using phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, trade directories and in-person visits.
- Prepare attractive product offers, pricing, and quotations based on company rates and packaging (e.g., 25 kg / 50 kg).
- Manage buyer communication, follow-ups, and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Develop and maintain a structured buyers database (CRM or Excel).
- Coordinate with logistics, packing, and export teams for order fulfillment and documentation.
- Conduct field sales in local markets to place stock with retailers/distributors.
- Attend trade fairs, local markets and buyer meetings as needed.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance.
- Provide market feedback to help improve product offering and pricing.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–5 years of B2B sales or export-import experience (food/agri/fmcg an advantage).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi (local languages).
- Confident negotiator with proven ability to close deals.
- Comfortable doing field visits and using WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn for outreach.
- Organized — able to maintain an up-to-date buyers list and follow-up schedule.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation is a plus (not mandatory).
KPIs / Targets
- Number of qualified buyer leads per week/month.
- Number of orders closed and volume (tons/kg) per month.
- Revenue achieved vs target.
- Repeat buyer rate and average order value.
