Designation Head Marketing
Experience Minimum 10 year of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in SaaS, deep tech, IoT, AI/analytics, or environment/industry sectors)
Qualification Bachelors degree in Engineering/Science/Management or related field
- Proven track record of designing/executing GTM strategies, product launches, and digital campaigns that drove growth.
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Tech, Founders).
- Superior written and oral communication skills; adept at simplifying technical content for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks, water/wastewater domain, or smart infrastructure is a plus.
- Hands-on with marketing automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.

Job Role -Head-marketing & Business Development
Role Overview: The Marketing Head will shape, execute, and lead end-to-end marketing and brand strategy for ParyAI. This is a leadership role responsible for driving growth through thought leadership, demand generation, digital campaigns, product launches, and industry outreach to strengthen our market positioning in B2B, smart infrastructure, and environmental technology domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
Design and own the overall marketing vision, annual GTM (Go-to-Market) plan, and brand roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the marketing and content team, fostering a culture of creativity, data-driven experimentation, and excellence.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive offline sales & marketing strategy aligned with company goals of achieving revenue as per below table
- Define target markets, customer segments, and physical marketing channels.
Create annual sales & marketing plans with measurable revenue and market expansion targets.
Brand Management:
Oversee brand identity (visuals, messaging, positioning), ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Develop compelling narratives for product offerings, founder stories, and impact case studies.
Demand Generation:
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital (LinkedIn, website, webinars), industry events, email, and PR to generate leads and create awareness.
Build and nurture partner, industry, and influencer relationships to multiply ParyAIs reach.
Product & Content Marketing:
Work closely with Product, Sales, and R&D teams for go-to-market launches, product positioning, and solution messaging (whitepapers, use cases, demos).
Generate high-quality, technical contentblogs, presentations, videos, and social copysuited for the water/ESG/AI-tech industries.
Market Intelligence & Analytics:
Track competitor moves, market trends, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics.
- Drive analytics on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and lead quality using modern marketing automation tools.
- Conduct field surveys and competitor benchmarking to gather insights.
- Track market developments, customer needs, and industry regulations.
Provide management with regular reports on competitor activity and offline market trends.
Budgeting & External Relations:
Manage marketing budgets, vendor/agency partnerships, and PR/communications calendars.
- Represent ParyAI at key industry events, panels, and startup forums.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts, government agencies, EPC contractors, and consultants.
- Organize client meetings, demo sessions, and technical discussions to generate leads.
Act as the face of the company in industry and client interactions.
Events, Exhibitions & Trade Shows
- Plan, coordinate, and lead company participation in conferences, expos, and industry fairs
- Oversee stall setup, booth design, and promotional materials.
- Represent the company in industry forums, client roundtables, and technical seminars.
- Organize customer engagement events such as workshops, roadshows, and plant/site visits.
- Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through personal interactions, site visits, and negotiations.
- Support sales with technical proposals, presentations, and marketing kits.
- Explore channel partnerships, consultants, and industry networks to expand reach.
- Team & Internal Collaboration
- Recruit, mentor, and lead the sales & offline marketing team.
- Train sales staff on company offerings, value propositions, and offline selling techniques.
- Work closely with operations, product development, and leadership for alignment on customer expectations.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Provide Bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales performance and offline marketing ROI.
- Track lead-to-sales conversions from physical marketing efforts.
- Recommend improvements in offline marketing activities based on data and client feedback.
