The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, procurement teams, and industry professionals. Key Responsibilities (KRAs):1. Sales & Business GrowthDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in academia, pharma, and industrial segments.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.2. Market Expansion & Customer EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote company products.3. Product & Technical KnowledgeDevelop in-depth knowledge of Mtor Lifesciences' product portfolio and their applications.

Strategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop business plans for market penetration and expansion strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns. Analyses sales performance and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.5.
Key Account ManagementManage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term partnerships with clients. Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.6.
Reporting & CompliancePrepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 yearsSkills:Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to understand and present technical/scientific concepts. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development. Experience in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
