Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to join our Supply Chain Operations team, leading operations and managing all shipment movements — domestic, import, and export. The role involves setting up and overseeing end-to-end supply chains, including logistics, documentation, and stakeholder management.  

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with 4+ years of experience in the Supply Chain, logistics, or operations with demonstrated leadership responsibilities, preferably chemical Industry
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, distribution, and inventory
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, process optimization, and project management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience driving operational improvement and leading cross-functional teams
  • In-depth understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and global markets.
  • Handled domestic, import, and export shipments via Road, Sea & Air
  • Proven ability to deliver cost savings, efficiency gains, and sustainable supply chain practices

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, sales, operations) to optimize processes and ensure alignment
  • Lead projects to enhance operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and support business growth
  • Analyze supply chain data and KPIs, generate actionable insights, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including disruptions and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure all processes comply with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
