The Role

The Senior Manager is accountable for implementation support, operational delivery, budget management, relationship management, and recruitment and leadership of a specific region within a large complex client solution with multiple service lines and geographies. They will also support the Global Senior Manager and Client Director in creating the talent strategy for the account and driving the achievement of all contractually agreed quality thresholds, KPIs, and client satisfaction targets (with accountability for these aspects in their specific area).

Key Accountabilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 recruiters in India; ideal candidate should have experience managing teams of 12+.
  • Drive performance, engagement, and development across on-site and virtual teams.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic account vision and KPIs.
  • Foster an inclusive and high-performing team culture.

Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for approx. 800 hires annually.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and responsiveness to changing business needs.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior global stakeholders and internal admin teams.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing market insights and recruitment planning support.
  • Represent the client's EVP and ensure consistent brand messaging across hiring efforts.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to AMS risk management framework and relevant legislation.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and use data-driven insights to inform strategy.
  • Support budget management and reporting through MBRs/QBRs.
Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within BFSI or professional services.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Proven expertise in high-volume hiring operations.
  • Ability to navigate global stakeholder environments.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
