Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires traveling within the assigned territory to meet potential and existing customers.

  • Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Track and report sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products/services and industry trends.
  • Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Two vehicles and a laptop are required.
