**Position Overview**

Key Responsibilities
- **Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns for ISP products and services.
- Identify new market opportunities and create targeted campaigns.
- **Brand Management**:

- Build and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with company values.
- Design promotional material, brochures, creatives, and digital content.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across online and offline channels.
- **Customer Engagement & Market Research**:

- Conduct surveys, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitors.
- Organize customer-centric promotional events, roadshows, and awareness drives.
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- **Sales Support & Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with sales teams to provide marketing support and lead generation.
- Create presentations, case studies, and product collaterals for Customer.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams for seamless campaign delivery.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in **marketing/branding**, preferably in **ISP/telecom sector**.
- Strong knowledge of **digital marketing tools, social media, and branding techniques**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and creative design sense.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
