**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from each client interaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
- Provide technical sales support as needed, ensuring clients are informed about product features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance using CRM software.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong background in retail sales is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a territory effectively while achieving sales targets.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Proficient in customer service practices, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
