Field Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring logistics services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through cold calls, networking, and field visits.
- **Sales Execution**:
- Present and promote logistics services, highlighting cost-efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
- **Market Research**:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, including leads, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
- Track and analyze sales performance against targets.
**Key Requirements**:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics services, including international freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures is a plus.
