MARKETING MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, brand management, and driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee brand management, promotions, and advertising activities.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to boost store traffic and sales performance.
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and generate detailed reports.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of activities.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media strategy.
  • Creative thinking with a strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in retail or textile industries.
  • MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Age above 30 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
