
Property Manager

The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. This role ensures the property delivers exceptional guest experiences, maintains operational efficiency, and achieves financial targets. The Property Manager will act as a liaison between the guests, staff, and management, driving quality standards across all aspects of the property.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management
- Supervise all operational departments, including housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and food and beverage.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day property operations and resolve any challenges promptly.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of services and amenities offered to guests.
2. Guest Relations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.
- Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring personalized service for every visitor.
- Analyze guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
3. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and manage property staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Schedule and monitor staff performance, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Address staff concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
4. Financial Management
- Prepare and monitor the property's budget, ensuring cost control and revenue targets are met.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and vendor payments, in coordination with the accounting team.
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation, such as promotions, events, or upselling services.
5. Maintenance and Upkeep
- Ensure the property's infrastructure, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs in coordination with the technical team.
- Work with vendors and contractors to address maintenance needs or upgrades.
6. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety drills and inspections to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Manage licenses, certifications, and other regulatory requirements for property operations.
7. Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and improve occupancy rates.
- Monitor online reviews and social media platforms, responding professionally to guest feedback.
- Coordinate with local tourism boards or travel agents to attract more visitors
