Key Responsibilities :

1) Team handling

2) Identify suitable candidates for the branch

3) Develop the branch business portfolio –Assets & Liabilities.

4) Initiate and conduct Marketing activities, surrounding area of the branch.

5) Ensure Timely collection of loan products.

6) Ensure zero NPA (special focus on such cases)

7) Good communication with customers/staffs our products also any important communications.

8) Ensure branch cleanliness & branch discipline.

9) Ensure branch infra properly maintained.

Eligibility Criteria:

1) Any Graduation.

2) Experienced preferably handled similar profile with any BANKS, NBFC, NIDHI, SOCIETY, MNC company etc.

3) Minimum 2 to 5years of experience, worked as BM

4) Residence maximum 20km radius.

5) Proof of experience or achievements if any.

6) Equifax score minimum 500.

7) Interested for out bond sales job.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
